Call Waiting
This feature lets you know if there is a new incoming call waiting to be answered while you are already on a call. You will hear 2 beeps every 5 seconds while the new caller is ringing you. You can then place the first caller on hold and take the second call, and swap between calls as needed.

Call Forward
This feature transfers calls from your home phone to another phone number of your choice. You can transfer to your mobile, pager, answering service or another phone.

Call Return
This feature is also known as *10#. Call Return lets you hear the phone number of your last missed call, and easily return the call if you wish.

With Message Bank Virtual you don't need an existing phone line. Callers can dial your mailbox directly to leave messages, or you can forward calls from other phone services, such as your mobile to this mailbox, and retrieve your messages from just about any phone. |
Message Bank Away
This feature is a greeting-only service and cannot record your callers' messages. It's a great idea for businesses that are moving, temporarily closed for holidays or renovating. You can let your customers know of a change of address or phone number, when you will be open again, or how you can be contacted while you are away. You can change the message as often as you like using your PIN. |

Call Forward (Selected Callers)
This feature allows you to choose which calls are forwarded to your mobile, pager, answering service or other phone numbers from your home phone. You can have up to 15 numbers redirected.

This feature lets you restrict the types of calls made from your home phone. You can choose to bar outgoing national, international, 190, or local numbers.

Abbreviated dialling lets you make calls by using just a one or 2 digit code, including national and international numbers. Available in blocks of up to 8, 40 and 60 numbers. |

Block your phone number being displayed on phones with caller ID, and removes your number from phone directories like the Whitepages. |
Calling Number Display
This feature helps you identify who is calling by displaying the caller’s phone number. You need a Calling Number Display compatible phone or unit in order to use this feature. This feature however will not work for blocked numbers and some international calls. |
