Message Bank will answer the calls you can't or don't want to. It will answer calls when your phone is switched off, out of range, busy or unanswered.
The caller will be played your recorded greeting, and then be given the choice to record a message for you, just like an old standard answering machine.

CALL BACK NOTIFICATION
Sometimes callers can't get through to you. Call Back Notification takes their number and SMS's it to you, so you know what number called and have the chance to return the call. The service works when your phone is switched off, out of range, busy or unanswered.

PREMIUM SMS
Premium Services are content and advice services that can be accessed from your mobile phone by sending an SMS to requiest the content or service. Premium Services are provided by 3rd parties, which mean they are not products of Team Telco, but are accessable through our network.
Examples of some Premium Services provided by third parties include:
psychic and horoscope lines
weather services
voting lines for television shows or competition lines
dating and chat services
ringtones, wallpaper and games
Premium Services provided by third parties are offered via numbers usually starting with '190' and '19'.
Premium Services can be expensive and can require signup for a period of time. Team Telco please requests that you read all conditions and are aware of all costs involved before requesting any Premium Services.

INTERNATIONAL ROAMING
Heading overseas? Activate International Roaming on your mobile to be able to make a recieve calls and messages from where ever you are.
As long as your phone is compatible with the mobile towers of the country you are in, you will be able to use your phone like normal.
Note: Call charges are higher when roaming overseas.
